Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PassPages ("PassPages," "we," "us") is a sole proprietorship operating in Will County, Illinois. These Terms govern your use of passpages.xyz (the "Site") and anything you buy from us.

By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. Who can use PassPages

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may only purchase with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the purchase.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

3. What we sell

PassPages sells digital products — written AI prompt packs, guides, and templates. Products are delivered as access to your PassPages account library, where you view and copy the material through the Site. Nothing is shipped, and products are not distributed as downloadable files.

4. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to their handling of your payment data.

PassPages is the seller of record and is responsible for the products sold. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly, all sales are final. If your library access fails, a pack is materially not what was described, or the material is unusable, contact us at pass.pages.2@gmail.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion.

If you are purchasing from a jurisdiction that grants you a statutory right to withdraw from digital purchases, that right applies to the extent it is required by law, and you acknowledge that by accessing the product you may waive it.

6. Your license

Your purchase is governed by the PassPages Product Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: you get a personal license to use the material. You do not get ownership, and you may not resell or redistribute it.

7. Academic integrity — read this

You are solely responsible for knowing and following your school's academic honesty policy, your instructors' rules about AI use, and any honor code you are bound by. Rules vary by school, by course, and by assignment.

PassPages is not responsible for any academic discipline, grade penalty, failed assignment, suspension, expulsion, or other consequence arising from how you use our products. If you're unsure whether AI assistance is permitted for a specific assignment, ask your instructor before using it.

8. Third-party AI tools

Our prompts are designed to be used with third-party AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI provider. You are responsible for complying with the terms of whatever AI service you use.

AI outputs are generated by those third-party services, not by us. We do not control, review, or guarantee what they produce. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, outdated, or fabricated. Verify anything that matters.

9. No affiliation with schools

PassPages is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, college, high school, or educational institution.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, republish, or redistribute our products in any form
• Copy our products to file-sharing sites, Discord servers, Google Drive folders, or anywhere else others can access them
• Share your account credentials so others can access material you purchased
• Use our products to build a competing prompt pack or product
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site
• Use the Site for anything unlawful

11. Our intellectual property

The PassPages name, logo, wordmark, site design, product content, and all written material are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

12. Content you submit

If you send us a review, testimonial, screenshot, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in our marketing, on our Site, and on social media. You confirm you have the right to grant that license and that the content is your own.

If you'd like us to stop using something you submitted, email pass.pages.2@gmail.com and we'll remove it from anything going forward.

13. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any product at any time without notice. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantee about grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, job offers, time saved, or any other result. Any examples, screenshots, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of what you will achieve.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassPages and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost academic or professional opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our products will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PassPages and its owners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
