Product Agreement
This Agreement covers what you can and can't do with any PassPages digital product you purchase or receive. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. What you're buying
You are buying a license to use a digital product — not the product itself. PassPages retains all ownership and copyright.
2. Your license at a glance

- Use the material for your own personal, educational, and professional purposes
- Modify prompts for your own use
- Access the material from any device you sign in on, indefinitely
- Use AI outputs generated from our prompts however you like, subject to the AI provider's terms and your school's rules
✕ You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or give away the material
- Share your account credentials so others can access it
- Post the material publicly — including Discord, Reddit, Quizlet, Course Hero, GitHub, shared Drive folders, or any file-sharing service
- Repackage, rebrand, or incorporate the material into a product you sell or distribute
- Use the material to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI product or prompt library
- Remove any PassPages branding, attribution, or copyright notice
3. One license, one person
Each purchase grants a license to one individual. If you want to use PassPages material with a class, club, tutoring business, or organization, contact us at pass.pages.2@gmail.com about a multi-user license.
4. Outputs
You own what you create using our prompts, to the extent the AI provider's terms allow it. We claim no rights to your outputs, essays, applications, or any work you produce.
5. Updates
If we release an updated version of a product you bought, we may — but are not required to — provide it to you at no charge. Where an update is provided, it appears in your library automatically.
6. Delivery and access
Access is granted to your PassPages account at the time of purchase, and the pack appears in your library. Material is viewed and copied through the Site rather than distributed as files.
We intend to keep your library available for as long as you hold an account, but we do not guarantee indefinite availability — see Section 13 of the Terms of Service. If access fails, contact pass.pages.2@gmail.com and we'll restore it.
7. Refunds
All sales are final, subject to the exceptions in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
8. Purchasers under 18
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your purchase and agrees to be bound by this Agreement with you.
9. Termination
If you violate this Agreement, your license terminates immediately. You must stop using the material and delete any copies you have made. We may pursue any remedy available to us, including takedown requests and claims for damages.
10. No warranty; limitation of liability
This product is provided "as is." The disclaimers and liability limits in Sections 14 and 15 of our Terms of Service apply in full to this Agreement.
11. Governing law
Illinois law governs this Agreement. Venue is Will County, Illinois.
